  5.    DESCRIPTION:
  6.    This error means that the disk you have inserted has been recognised by
  7.    your Amiga but has not been initialised by AmigaDOS.
  8.  
  9.    This error may also occur when using commercial software.
  10.  
  11.    ADOS CODE:

  14.    REMEDY:
  15.    This error may occur if the boot sectors on the disk have failed for
  16.    some reason.
  17.  
  18.    To initialise the disk you must use the Format program found on
  19.    Workbench.  (covered in Applications)
